I've used the EL8 Solar LED Headlamp and I'm amazed with how much light you can get with such a small solar panel which recharges the Headlamp battery in daytime. I've been getting LED light pretty much all night long without doing anything special with the solar panel. I just set the Headlamp LEDs on photocell mode, and the light comes on at dusk and runs until dawn, then it recharges during the daytime, and keeps on running automatically every night.
